Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SafeTrack Software LLC ("SafeTrack", "we", "us"), a limited liability company located in Reno, NV, United States.
By accessing or using safetrack.software (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
What these terms cover
These Terms govern your use of this marketing website only — the pages you are reading, and the contact form.
They do not govern AcademyTrack. Access to and use of our software product is provided to agencies under a separate written subscription or licence agreement. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict in relation to the product, that agreement controls.
Permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for your own informational and evaluation purposes, and to contact us about our products and services. You may print or save individual pages for internal reference.
Prohibited use
You agree that you will not:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through the contact form;
- send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or bulk enquiries through the Site;
- attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or anti-spam features, including the verification on the contact form;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or content from the Site by automated means;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected system;
- introduce malware, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content except as expressly permitted; or
- use the Site to develop a competing product or service.
Your submissions
You are responsible for the content of anything you send us through the Site, and you confirm that you have the right to send it. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information — including recruit records, medical information, or personnel files — through the contact form. It is not a secure channel for that material.
We treat contact enquiries as described in our Privacy Policy. Unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or feedback you send us are not confidential, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it — text, graphics, layout, logos, the SafeTrack and AcademyTrack names and marks, screenshots, and software — is owned by SafeTrack Software LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you or grants you any right to use our names, logos, or marks without our prior written permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites, including academytrack.com. Links to sites we do not control are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, employment, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome in an audit, appeal, grievance, disciplinary proceeding, or litigation. You should consult qualified counsel about your agency's specific obligations.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of harmful components. Any material you access or rely on is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeTrack Software LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US $100.00).

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafeTrack Software LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. The sections covering submissions, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive any termination.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The revision date shown on this page reflects the current version, and changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
