AcademyTrack
The system of record for fire academies. A web-based platform that replaces paper evaluation workflows with documentation built to survive an audit, an appeal, or a courtroom.
Screenshots use a seeded demonstration academy. No real department, recruit, or record appears in them.
What it does
AcademyTrack centralises recruit evaluation, documentation, and analytics for a fire academy. Instead of forcing every event through one generic form, it has distinct record types for practical skills, written exams, daily performance, discipline, and remediation — each with the fields that record actually needs.
Instructors document from the drill ground, in bulk if they are working a whole class. Recruits acknowledge with a digital signature. Standings update immediately. Months later, a complete, attributed history of any recruit exports as a signed PDF.

A tablet on the drill ground for grading, a phone for signatures. Both are the same record, and the acknowledgement is captured at the time it happens.
Highlights
Every rep. Every score. On the record.
The short version. The full feature set, screenshots, and pricing live on the product site.
One workspace per class
Every recruit, every record, one screen — instead of a folder, a spreadsheet, and a filing cabinet.
Records that hold up
Dual digital signatures, immutable version history, and signed PDF export for the official recruit file.
Standings that update themselves
Rankings and scoreboards recalculate the moment a record is completed. No reconciliation before a board review.
A defensible paper trail
Full audit trail with attributed authorship, plus accumulating demerits and a formal appeal workflow.
